Two Adult Counseling Rule When counseling sessions take place with minors there must be two adults present (two clergy members or two volunteers).  Or in a glass wall or door so that "person stationed outside the room" may see into the room during the counseling session.  The pastor, youth pastor, or any other ministerial staff must abide by this policy. Two Adult Activity Rule There must be two adults (clergy or volunteers) supervising minors at all activities and Bible studies at all times.

Keep up to date with youth activities by signing up for text announcements. Text “follow colemanyouth” to the number 40404 to sign up. It will prompt you to sign up for a username and you will be all set. No more than two or three a week (some weeks not even that), but it’s the only way to get text announcements of what is going on. To turn off the messages text “STOP” to that same number. If you are having trouble with this, let Jonathan know. Some carriers have this number blocked and others are just finicky.
